Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actor and singer from the United States. She was best known for playing Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) in addition to Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In 2015, she was in the character of Jerrica Jem for the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples was raised in Lake Mary, Florida by her parents Wendy and Ashley. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey worked with Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years throughout her childhood. Her graduation ceremony from Lake Mary Preparatory School was an address to the class' valedictory in 2012. Harvard University was willing to admit her. She declined the invitation twice. The second time it was due to her desire to play in Nashville. Peeples was in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples also played a frequent role on Necessary Rustiness (1991). Peeples was a part of two TV-produced films, Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). The Good Mother was her character. Layla Grant, a major role in The Good Mother, a Nashville second season drama. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview that she provided to NKD Magazine. Indiewire has ranked Peeples at the top of their list of the top actors under the age of twenty-one in September of 2014.
